Barack Obama is 始める，決める to call for a new 押し進める to 減ずる the world's 核の 兵器庫 today when he 配達するs a 高度に 心配するd speech in Berlin.

The U.S. 大統領 will direct his argument both at Russia's Vladimir Putin and at 議会, making the 事例／患者 for a 削減 of one third in the 核の 武器s held by the U.S. and Russia.
