A 技術d 閣僚 製造者 was 軍隊d out of his 職業 at a bespoke furniture factory after years of 乱用 by his 'homophobic' 同僚s who branded him a 'queer' and 'bent', an 雇用 法廷 heard today.

示す Crowther, 51, （人命などを）奪う，主張するs he 苦しむd years of homophobic taunts and was then made redundant by the company when he complained about it last year.

Mr Crowther, who worked for the 手渡すs of Wycombe in Buckinghamshire for eight years, is now 告訴するing the 100-year-old 会社／堅い for wrongful 解雇／（訴訟の）却下 and 性の orientation 差別.

The 法廷 heard the entire 閣僚 making department was branded 'the queer ones' while Mr Crowther was 愛称d 'gay 示す' by 同僚s and a 監督者.

The 技術d 閣僚 製造者 was also left 公式文書，認めるs on his workbench, locker and toolbox, 告発する／非難するing him of 存在 'bent' and a homosexual.

The 法廷 裁判官 heard the 'いやがらせ' became so bad that Mr Crowther started taking pictures of the messages in a 企て，努力，提案 to 文書 the 乱用.

However, bosses at the factory in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, 恐らく ignored his （民事の）告訴s and instead made him redundant last year.

One 経営者／支配人 was said to have replied 'it's a man's world' when the 閣僚 製造者 tried to approach him about his 申し立てられた／疑わしい 治療 by 同僚s.

He said: 'I feel I have been 悩ますd by my work 同僚s, ignored when I tried to bring it to the attention of the 管理／経営 and because I complained more than once, they felt the easiest way out was by way of 不公平な 選択 for redundancy.'

The 法廷 審理，公聴会 in Reading, Berkshire, was told the carpenter was 愛称d 'gay 示す' and was 支配する to ridicule from co-労働者s.

Mr Crowther （人命などを）奪う，主張するd his 監督者 Adrian Walters called him 'gay boy' and 'poofty' and 設立する his obvious 不快 amusing.

In September 2010, he said he decided he would start taking pictures of homophobic 公式文書，認めるs left on his workbench and locker, which were shown to the 法廷 パネル盤.

However, Mr Crowther said that he when he tried to complain to his 上級の 経営者／支配人 Robert Smith, he didn't want to know.

I went to find Robert Smith and his 返答 was "it's a man's world", shrugging his shoulders.'

Mr Dunford, who is 長，率いる of design and 生産／産物 at the 会社／堅い, said he appraised all of the staff 公正に／かなり before making Mr Crowther redundant and stood by his 決定／判定勝ち（する）.

He said he was 'taken aback' by Mr Clowther's いやがらせ （人命などを）奪う，主張するs and 認める an 内部の 調査 had since exposed a culture of homophobic 'banter' at the 会社／堅い.

Mr Dunford 追加するd: 'Mr Walters said that いつかs the drivers would call out "queer ones" at the 閣僚 shop department.'

The claimant, he said, was called 'gay 示す' and he had never complained about it - it was all part of the sho p 床に打ち倒す banter.

Mr Walters said he may have called him 'gay 示す' on occasions but not 'poofter' as far as he could 解任する.

Other 従業員s interviewed by Mr Dunsford 確認するd Mr Crowther, of Sheepcote Dell Road, Holmer Green, Buckinghamshire, was known as 'Gay 示す' on the shop 床に打ち倒す.
