Parents should not let children have televisions or computers in their bedrooms, an 文部大臣 said last night.

During a 審議 in 議会 about the harmful 衝撃 of pornography on youngsters, Lord Nash said that unfortunately it was a ‘fact of life’ that parents gave their children such 解放する／自由な rein.

The junior schools 大臣 said he was 関心d that many parents 簡単に ‘do not understand’ that their children can 接近 such ‘dreadful’ hard 核心 構成要素 on the internet.

His comments follow 関心s that porn is too easily 利用できる on the web and that there is little to stop children with TVs in their bedroom watching adult programmes shown after the watershed.

During the question and answer 開会／開廷／会期 in the House of Lords, Lord Nash was asked by 90-year-old Tory peer Baroness Sharples: ‘Why do parents 許す children to have computers in their room, even encourage them?’

Lord Nash said: ‘However, it is a fact of life these days, I am afraid, that the internet is the “pavement” for our children. That is why this is such an important 問題／発行する, and parents do not understand enough about it.’

Baroness Benjamin, a Lib Dem peer, 警告するd that children are now ‘re-制定するing pornographic behaviour’ because of what they see on the web.
