すぐに after moving into their 素晴らしい Suffolk barn 転換, （頭が）ひょいと動く and Nora Hutchinson were enjoying a rerun of the BBC TV show Lovejoy when their own living room suddenly appeared on the 審査する.

Roguish antique 売買業者 Lovejoy, played by the actor Ian McShane, was kissing his girlfriend beneath? the 独特の 丸天井d 天井 of their six-bedroom home.

‘It was unmistakably our 製図／抽選 room because of the beams,’ says Nora, 63. ‘Later we saw the camera pan out as Lovejoy drove off 負かす／撃墜する our gravel 運動 and there was a 発射 of the house itself.’

This was the moment when the Hutchinsons discovered that their home had a starring 役割 in a show that had always been one of their favourites. They had bought the house for £735,000 in 2006, several years after the television 乗組員s moved on.

The Sunday night 中心的要素, which ran for eight years from the late 1980s and 定期的に drew 15?million テレビ視聴者s at its 頂点（に達する）, was 始める，決める in East Anglia, and was mostly filmed around Suffolk and Essex.

The picture it painted of English country life was as much a part of its charm as Lovejoy himself 匂いをかぐing out a 価値のある heirloom.

The couple, who have both been married before and have six daughters and nine grandchildren between them, have spent about £100,000 on the 所有物／資産／財産.

They 変えるd the former coach-house into a luxurious master bedroom 控訴, with 床に打ち倒す-to-天井 glass doors 主要な on to the garden, and a roomy en 控訴 bath and にわか雨 room. They also 任命する／導入するd a Sonos sound system with built-in （衆議院の）議長s in the 製図／抽選 room, dining room, bedroom, bathroom and garden.

（頭が）ひょいと動く and Nora have put the 所有物／資産／財産 on the market for £975,000 as they are downsizing. 広い地所 スパイ／執行官 Alex Davies, of David Burr, says prices in this 地域 of Suffolk have 刻々と 増加するd over the past couple of years but 港／避難所’t やめる 回復するd to 2007/08 levels.

‘所有物／資産／財産 is moving and usually selling for the asking price,’ he 追加するs.

The Hutchinsons spend almost half the year at their three-bedroom home in Florida, and have decided to look for a smaller house closer to Lavenham.
