Prosecuted: Rosie-Ann Stone has been charged with causing the death of her sister Jennie through careless driving

A 20-year-old woman 衝突，墜落d into another car 殺人，大当り the driver only to discover the 犠牲者 was her sister, a 法廷，裁判所 has heard.

Rosie-Ann 石／投石する was not told until after the 出来事/事件 that the woman who died in the 事故 was her older sibling Jennie.

Jennie, a final-year student at the University of Lincoln’s 船体 campus, was 運動ing a Peugeot 206 に向かって Bridlington when it 衝突する／食い違うd with a Vauxhall Astra 存在 driven by her younger sister Rosie-Ann.

The car then 衝突，墜落d i nto a tree.

Jennie had just dropped her son Charlie, then 老年の nine, at Skipsea 最初の／主要な School.

Rosie-Ann did not know her sister Jennie was on the same stretch of road when the 衝突，墜落 happened.

The pair were 運動ing 支援する from Skipsea, East Yorkshire, where Rosie-Ann had been helping her sister get ready to move house.

Rosie-Ann is （刑事）被告 of failing to look in her mirror and pulling out to 追いつく when it was not 安全な to do so but has pleaded not 有罪の to a 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金 of 原因（となる）ing death by careless 運動ing.

Speaking at Bridlington 治安判事s’ 法廷，裁判所 as Rosie-Ann made her first 外見, 検察官，検事 Clive Jones said: ‘問題／発行するs of this type are always difficult to を取り引きする, they’re always 悲劇の with no 勝利者s, only losers.

‘This particular 事例／患者 is doubly 悲劇の because there were two cars 伴う／関わるd and the driver of the other car was the older sister of Rosie.

‘No 疑問 unknown to Rosie, her sister was also in that 列 of slow-moving 乗り物s.’

Rosie-Ann elected to be tried by 陪審／陪審員団 at 船体 栄冠を与える 法廷，裁判所 and was 認めるd 無条件の 保釈（金） until Thursday, September 5.

During a break in the 訴訟／進行s, Rosie-Ann's father gave his daughter a thumbs-up and she blew him a kiss before letting out a 深い sigh.

Mrs 石／投石する, 56, has spoken of the 決定／判定勝ち（する） to 起訴する her daughter.

She said: 'Have our family not lost enough already? It is like 存在 罠にかける in a bad, bad dream.'

'Even Jennie’s son Charlie knew Rosie was in the other car and he said to us "I don’t want anything to happen to you, Rosie. I don’t want you to go to 法廷，裁判所 and get in trouble".

Her late brother, 私的な 石／投石する, of the 3rd 大隊, The Yorkshire 連隊, was 発射 dead as he took part in a 使節団 to 救助（する） an Afghan policeman in Helmand 州 on June 3 last year.

The young 兵士, who had been in Afghanistan for いっそう少なく than a month, had been told in the last few days that his wife Samantha was 妊娠している with his first child.

He was 発射 dead as his 仕事 fo rce 首尾よく saved policeman Abdul Walid from 謀反のs who 逮捕（する）d him at a 検問所.
