A 17-year-old ギャング（団）-強姦 生存者's 主張 on 司法（官） has led a blackballing by her community and, it is 申し立てられた／疑わしい, her mother's 殺人.

The girl from Karnal in the Indian 明言する／公表する of Haryana, who cannot be 指名するd, has been shunned by 隣人s since 告発する／非難するing two men of a higher caste of 強姦ing her.

Even in a country racked with 犯罪 over 暴力／激しさ に向かって women, she and her father （人命などを）奪う，主張する they have 直面するd 公式の／役人 無関心／冷淡 - and even obstruction - to their 成果／努力s to see the 嫌疑者，容疑者／疑うs sent to 刑務所，拘置所.

The 犠牲者 was 16 when she was snatched from the street as she walked to school and 強姦d by two men in a moving car.

She 報告（する）／憶測d the attack to the police but three weeks later, on a date etched on to the 塀で囲む of her home, her mother disappeared.

Two days later she was 設立する dead in canal. Doctors said she too was 強姦d before she was 殺人d.

Now the 十代の少年少女's fight to see the men （刑事）被告 of her 強姦 sent to 刑務所，拘置所 has pitted her and her family against a 敵意を持った neighbourhood.

They are Dalits, India's lowest caste who are derided as 'untouchables'; the 嫌疑者，容疑者／疑うs, who police say also 強姦d and killed her mother, are upper caste.

Haryana is at the 前線 line of India's 強姦 疫病／流行性の. At one point last year, two women were 強姦d every 選び出す／独身 day in the 明言する／公表する, which has a 全住民 of 25.3million.

'We didn't 妥協, that's why everyone is angry with us. We want the 犯人s to get the life 宣告，判決. Only then our struggle will be 正当化するd,' he said.

The 政府 gave him four lakh (£4,668) 補償（金） for his wife's 殺人 and the 強姦 of his daughter last year. That money has now all been spent on lawyers for the 事例／患者 which still drags on in a '急速な／放蕩な-跡をつける' 法廷，裁判所.

For his daughter, her 主張 at speaking out has had terrible consequences.

'No one speaks to me,' she told Indian news 網状組織 NDTV. 'I don't talk to them. Or visit anyone. I just stay at home. What is the point?

'Nobody 会談 nicely to me. Even my uncle bad-mouths me. It would be better to just leave this village.'

She now hopes to find 救済 through education. 'Though I am at home, I can do better than those girls who are …に出席するing school. I can still get better 示すs than my classmates,' she said.
