A 不名誉d policewoman who 交流d more than 1,000 texts and emails with her boyfriend while he was in 刑務所，拘置所 sobbed in the ドッキングする／減らす／ドックに入れる after she 避けるd 刑務所，拘置所 today.?

Kayley Newman, 25, sighed with 救済 after receiving a six month 宣告，判決 一時停止するd for two years after admitting sending messages and making calls with Dominic Diop over two months while he was at HMP Pentonville.

During her 交流s with him, Newman once gave advice to Diop's cellmate, who had been 逮捕（する）d in the London 暴動s, about his 事例／患者, the 法廷，裁判所 heard.

Dressed in a 黒人／ボイコット 控訴, Newman had to be consoled by family as she wept during the 宣告，判決 at Southwark 栄冠を与える 法廷，裁判所 today.

She must also carry out 120 hours of 未払いの work.

The 法廷，裁判所 heard Newman was ‘深く，強烈に in love’ with Diop when she arranged to 会合，会う him while he was 存在 追跡（する）d by police for a 解任する to 刑務所，拘置所 and messaged him on Facebook to organise a 会合, before seeing him at a hotel on November 13, 2011.

Diop, 23, a 罪人／有罪を宣告するd 武装した robber, had been 手配中の，お尋ね者 by police since October 25 the same year.

During her 裁判，公判 Newman 持続するd she had no idea police were trying to trace him, and would not jeopardise her career by 会合 with a 逃亡者／はかないもの, but continued to 接触する him after his 逮捕（する） in November.

She was （疑いを）晴らすd of committing 不品行／姦通 in a public office, but has since been 解雇（する）d by Harrow Police.

Newman, the only person char ged with communicating with Diop while he was in 刑務所，拘置所, believed she had been victimised because she was a police officer.

But passing 宣告，判決 today, 裁判官 Peter Testar said: 'If she thinks she has been victimised because she was 起訴するd as result of 存在 a police officer while this was going on perhaps her value system is surprising. I 設立する that やめる 驚くべき／特命の／臨時の.'

He 追加するd: 'The 推論する／理由 why, in the 事例／患者 of 行方不明になる Newman, she comes cl ose to serving an 即座の custodial 宣告，判決 her 準備／条項 of the 最高の，を越す 保証人／証拠物件 is really やめる closely 類似の as 密輸するing a phone itself into the 刑務所，拘置所.'

Defending Newman, Michael Boardman said: '行方不明になる Newman was 深く，強烈に in love with Mr Diop and he in turn was, or appeared, to be besotted with her. The conversations the pair had while he was in 刑務所，拘置所 were that of girlfriend and boyfriend and not part of a 犯罪の 共謀 of that 肉親，親類d.'

The 法廷，裁判所 heard that the CPS later dropped all 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s against Burnett in relation to the 暴動s.

Newman joined the Met in 2007 as a PCSO and became a police officer in the 返答 team at Harrow in 2009.

Burnett, 24, from East Ham, also 認める 伝達／伝染 of an image or sound without 当局 from HMP Pentonville on December 2, 2011.
