Prince Charles has 配達するd an 情熱的な 嘆願 to save the spiralling number of over-50s 粉々にするd by redundancy from the scrapheap.

He spoke from the heart about the ‘欠如(する) of value’ 苦しむd by many of the 概算の 425,000 middle-老年の men and women 現在/一般に 失業した in Britain.

PRIME ? The Prince’s 率先 For 円熟した 企業 ? is the only organisation of its 肉親,親類d in the country to 申し込む/申し出 商売/仕事 advice and 助言者ing to older people and has already helped more than 23,000 in England and むちの跡s.

Charles said: ‘People feel they have no value any more and once you’re made redundant 明確に it’s very difficult.

‘The 広大な/多数の/重要な thing about all this 成果/努力 is that no one should be afraid of 支援 someone because of their age because at the end of the day, if it’s a good idea, it’s a good idea, whatever age you are.

‘So we 目的(とする), through PRIME, to show that there’s still life in the old dog yet! And so often we find that over-50s who start their own 商売/仕事s 現実に are more 維持できる, ーに関して/ーの点でs of a 百分率 of the success 率, than those who are younger.

‘So I think probably age and experience and 知恵 does help you.’

Speaking at St James’s Palace after a 歓迎会 to celebrate the entrepreneurs PRIME has helped to create, Charles, who turns 65 himself this year, could barely hide his 失望/欲求不満 that so many older people are 効果的に 存在 put out to pasture after redundancy.

He talked about the dent in self-信用/信任 that a once working, 生産力のある member of society can experience when they suddenly lose their 職業 ? ‘a crying shame’, he said ? when so many still need to 供給する for their families and have a 願望(する) to 与える/捧げる.

Charles said that while he was proud of the work that his more 井戸/弁護士席-known charity, The Prince’s 信用, had done in helping young people on to the 職業 ladder, he felt that there was an 平等に important ? and 攻撃を受けやすい ? section of society that needed his help.

Charles said: ‘People were 令状ing to me, they still do, that there isn’t anything out there to give them any help.

‘We can help people who want to develop a hobby いつかs into a viable 商売/仕事. We run courses which give them an idea about 企業 and 商売/仕事 計画(する)s and how you manage cashflow and marketing and all these things, and 供給する them with a 助言者.

‘We need to spread the word that PRIME 存在するs and we’re here to help.’
