A mother-of-two who is （刑事）被告 of murd ering her husband has said she would rather die than 直面する serving 30 years in a Dominican 刑務所，拘置所 if she is 罪人／有罪を宣告するd.

Nicola Reyes, 37, has 述べるd the horrific 条件 in which she has been kept for 14 months, 恐らく without 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金.

Even her own lawyer in the Caribbean 恐れるs she will be 罪人／有罪を宣告するd, and her parents Micheal and Jeanette Clements （人命などを）奪う，主張する the British 大使館 and Foreign Office have failed to 供給する 援助.

Speaking to the Sunday Mirror, Nicola, a former holiday rep from Cardiff said: 'If I am 罪人／有罪を宣告するd - and I truly think I will be - I will get 30 years. I will kill myself. I have worked out a way to do it.'

In one 出来事/事件 inside the 刑務所，拘置所 dubbed Devil's Hotel she says she listened as guards （警官の）巡回区域，受持ち区域 a man to death in the 独房 next to hers, then watched in horror as they dragged his 団体／死体 out and left it in 十分な 見解（をとる） of the other inmates until morning.

She said: 'I saw other male 囚人s chained up so high by their 手渡すs they were 軍隊d to stand on tip-toe.

'Guards would （警官の）巡回区域，受持ち区域 them with sticks until the sticks broke.'

E ven though she was moved to a 私的な 刑務所，拘置所 after six weeks her health has 苦しむd 予定 to the appalling 条件s and she complains of intestine and bladder 感染s which mean she cannot eat the porridge served each morning.

She also worries she might have 癌 after two smear 実験（する）s carried out by the 刑務所，拘置所 doctor showed something was wrong.

She said: 'I 株 a 独房 with two other girls. I have the 最高の，を越す bunk and water drips on to my bed when it rains.

'There's a bucket behind a 審査するd off curtain for a 洗面所 and ネズミs the size of cats in the 回廊（地帯）s.

'In the mornings I cry in the にわか雨 - it is the only privacy I get.'

Jorge's family 最初 需要・要求するd £360,000 血 money but dropped the 量 to £40,000 '補償（金）', a 取引，協定 which the 検察官 辞退するd so Nicola remains in 刑務所，拘置所

Her time in the Devil's Hotel haunts Nicola. She received death 脅しs and 恐れるd she would be killed after Jorge's brother said he would 申し込む／申し出 male inmates money to do it.

One night the 力／強力にする went out. Huddl ing together in the dark with the 15 other 囚人s 株ing her 12ft by 12ft 独房, they told her that means either a breakout is happening, or a 契約 殺人，大当り is 存在 carried out.

In an ironic 新たな展開 Nicola used to point out the 刑務所，拘置所 on her 小旅行するs while working for Thomas Cook, telling holidaymakers to 避ける renting a car because the police would 逮捕（する） you for 単に 証言，証人／目撃するing an 事故.

Nicola spent several hours in 刑務所，拘置所 once before when she called the 緊急 services after she saw a drunk man knocked 負かす／撃墜する.

Her parents, who moved 支援する to Cardiff last April with her two children, Leah and Luke, have spent more than £100,000 on the 事例／患者.

When Nicola first visited the 素晴らしい Caribbean 小島 of the Dominican 共和国 in 2000 she fell 即時に in love with the country's white sands, palm trees and glorious 日光.

She loved it so much that just three years later she moved there along with her two children, Leah and Luke, and her parents Jeanette and Micheal.

Jorge used to visit the family to help them out with their garden and pool. After a whirlwind romance Nicola married him in 2007 and the couple made a home for themselves in Puerto Plata.

But one night last July that was all 予定 to change as the couple argued over money while out with friends.

Struggling to get by, Nicola became angry with Jorge when she spotted him wearing a T-shirt she didn't recognise with 'Live Life To the Best' written on the 前線.

She （刑事）被告 him of spending money on extras that they couldn't afford and a 'minor argument' happened.

Afterwards the couple drove home, Nicola in her jeep and Jorge riding beside her on his motorbike without wearing a helmet, the norm in the Dominican 共和国.

After swerving to 避ける a group of people Nicola says she heard a 'horrible bang' and jumped out to search of Jorge in the dark.

Police arrived at the scene, threw Jorge's 団体／死体 into the 支援する of a 先頭 and told Nicola they were taking her to hospital, but 現実に to her to 刑務所，拘置所.

Once there she was told Jorge's family were 告発する／非難するing her of 殺人 and 需要・要求するd £360,000 in 血 money.
