Diana Farnell, the 28-year-old teacher （刑事）被告 of having sex with her 17-year-old student.

A high school teacher has been 逮捕（する）d and （刑事）被告 of having sex with one of her 17-year-old students.

The 28-year-old teacher, Diana Farnell, turned herself into police after 存在 told she was 手配中の，お尋ね者 for an 申し立てられた／疑わしい sex 罪，犯罪. She was 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d and 解放（する）d on Thursday.
