A British grandfather has 崩壊(する)d and died on a boat trip in the Mediterranean.

Frank Racher, 67, died while swimming in the sea after setting off on a 巡航する around the coastline of Marmaris in Turkey.?

Mr Racher from 広大な/多数の/重要な Yarmouth, Norfolk, was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics after his 団体/死体 was dragged 支援する on board the Mega-Diana 巡航する ship on Friday.

Mr Racher was on board the boat with his wife June, 61, and other British tourists when it stopped at 楽園 Island ten minutes after setting off.

Leaving his wife on board, Mr Racher decided to go for a swim, but quickly 設立する himself struggling in the water.

Fellow 乗客s and 乗組員 members brought his 団体/死体 支援する on board before 緊急 services arrived and 成し遂げるd CPR for nearly half-an hour.

‘The 乗組員 and coastguard tried so hard to 生き返らせる him - we can’t believe he died. It was so sad - all the 乗客s on board were shocked - most were in 涙/ほころびs - it was 悲劇の.'

Mr Racher’s daughter, Joanne, 地位,任命するd on her Facebook page: ‘Sadly, Dad died today on holiday in Turkey on a boat-trip.
