Oliver is hoping to 安全な・保証する a new source of prawns so that he can 回復する the £12.50 prawn linguine dish to menus at the chain’s 33 出口s in the UK. Until recently, his Italian chain bou ght 992lb (450kg) of these warm water prawns a week.

A spokeswoman for Jamie Oliver said: ‘We’ve taken prawns off the menu at Jamie’s Italian.

‘We’re still able to buy in smaller 量s for the individual restaurants Barbecoa and Fifteen but, because of the high 容積／容量 needed for Jamie’s Italian, we have taken them off the menu as availability across the market has dropped and of course prices are fluctuating.’

The 病気, called 早期に mortality syndrome, has 攻撃する，衝突する prawn 生産／産物 for the past two years but has been 特に bad this year in Thailand.

Jonathan Adams, 広報担当者 for the 国家の 連合 of Fishmongers, said: ‘Prawn prices have been rising 刻々と for some months and in the past few weeks they have gone up 25 to? 30 per cent.’

A British 小売 国際借款団／連合 広報担当者 said supermarkets are moving 供給者s to 避ける higher prices in shops.
