Two slaughterhouse bosses have become the first people to 直面する 犯罪の 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s relating to last year's horse meat スキャンダル.
Peter Boddy, owner of an abattoir in Yorkshire, and David Moss, the 施設's 経営者／支配人, are （刑事）被告 of 違反ing food 規則s which 明言する／公表する that the source of meat should be traceable from field to fork.

Boddy, 63, was 逮捕（する）d in February （刑事）被告 of fraudulently selling equine flesh for use in kebabs and burgers sold in Britain.
