The 投票 行為／行うd by the Associated 圧力（をかける） and GfK 報告（する）／憶測s that the 大統領，／社長's 不賛成 率ing 攻撃する，衝突する a high of 59 per cent, which is still a far cry from former 大統領 George W Bush's 記録，記録的な／記録する high of 72 per cent in October 2008.

Still, Obama's 41 per cent 是認 率ing is a sobering number for fellow 民主党員s running in this 落ちる's House and 上院 選挙s.

Obama gets lowest 示すs for his 扱うing of the 連邦の 予算, 移民／移住 and the economy. Support for Obama's education 政策s, which had been a strong point, dipped into 消極的な 領土 this month, too.

共和国の／共和党のs have long 非難するd the 大統領，／社長 as too weak in 主張するing American 力／強力にする abroad. Yet until now, 外交政策 hasn't been a drag on Obama's second 称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語: Americans were about as likely to 是認する his 活動／戦闘s as to disapprove.

Almost half of those 投票d say they support 課すing tougher 許可／制裁s if Russia 押し進めるs into new 地域s or other countries; only 14 per cent are …に反対するd. That 支援するs up 脅しs from Obama and Western 同盟（する）s to 的 Russia's economy with 損失ing 許可／制裁s if 大統領 Vladimir Putin goes その上の.

'We're supposed to be a country that helps smaller countries in need,' said Christopher Ashby, 29, a 共和国の／共和党の in Albemarle, North Carolina, who wants a more powerful 返答. 'ウクライナ共和国 at this time is definitely in need.'

Ashby, a stay-at-home dad c aring for three young daughters, said, 'When I look at Obama, I see my 5-year-old daughter looking at something that just happened and 説, "What do I do?"'

About a third of those 調査するd said they …に反対する giving 通貨の 援助（する） to nations 的d by Russia. Only about 20 per cent 認可する of 財政上の support, while the biggest 株 is 中立の. This week 議会 is considering $1billion in 貸付金 保証（人）s for ウクライナ共和国 sought by Obama.

The idea of lending any type of 軍の support to ウクライナ共和国 is 人気がない, the 投票 says. Obama has said there are no 計画（する）s to use 軍の 軍隊 to dislodge Russia from the Crimean 半島.

Richard Johnson, a 政治上 独立した・無所属 retiree in Redmond, Washington, said the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs shouldn't have gotten 伴う／関わるd at all, 特に since many Crimean 居住（者）s 好意 Russia.

'They're 抗議するing in both directions, 権利?' Johnson said. 'So I just feel like we've got enough problems here at home, why are we looking for more trouble?'
