The French 政府 has 開始する，打ち上げるd a smartphone app designed to help 上げる women's self-esteem at work to help の近くに the gender 支払う／賃金 gap.

Leadership 注ぐ Elles has been 開始する，打ち上げるd to 示す フラン's Equal 支払う／賃金 Day - the date in the calendar when women's 収入s catch up with those of men in the previous year.

Touted as a 道具 to help women learn to 主張する themselves at work, it can be downloaded for 解放する／自由な from the 省 for Women's 権利s website, 同様に as from the Google and Apple app 蓄える／店s.

フラン's Equal 支払う／賃金 Day is a date designed to symbolise the country's gender 支払う／賃金 gap by 場内取引員／株価 the 433 days a woman would have to work to catch up with what a male colleage earns in 365 days.

The app has been designed by 政府 公式の／役人s with the help of 専門家s from women's 商売／仕事 網状組織s. It begins with a questionnaire to 査定する／（税金などを）課す 使用者s self-esteem and the areas in which they might need help.

They are asked, の中で other questions, how they would 反応する to a male 同僚's derogatory comments during a 商売／仕事 会合.

It calls on women to take to heart the philosophy of artist Vincent 先頭 Gogh, who said: 'What would life be like if we didn't have the courage to try anything?'
