The 63-year-old, who was 刑務所，拘置所d for six years with his wife Anne in 2008 for 偽のing his death for a £500,000 保険 payout, has now been told he may have to 返す more money.

A 裁判官 had 以前 ordered he should 返す £679,073 but the now 離婚d Darwin, who is （人命などを）奪う，主張するing 利益s, has only been able to 手渡す 支援する £122.

The 栄冠を与える 起訴 Service has now 適用するd for him to 返す more of the money he cheated out of 保険 companies, as one of his 年金s has 円熟したd.

A 審理，公聴会 to decide the 事柄 will be held in May.

In December 2007, Darwin walked into a London police 駅／配置する, （人命などを）奪う，主張するing he had amnesia, and was 再会させるd with his sons who were stunned to hear he was alive.

His wife, who had fled with him to パナマ, pretended to be shocked until a photograph 現れるd of them 提起する／ポーズをとるing together after his supposed death.

She was later 刑務所，拘置所d for six-and-a-half-years for 詐欺 and money-laundering.
