Stephen Farrington, 54, said he had passed out after taking コカイン and Viagra and 否定するd 乱用ing the under age 十代の少年少女 at a party.

He said the girl had taken advantage of him after he 崩壊（する）d, and 主張するd he had been an 'unconscious 関係者'.

Farrington was 刑務所，拘置所d for four and a half years last July when a 陪審／陪審員団 at Cambridge 栄冠を与える 法廷，裁判所 辞退するd to believe his story.

The girl went on to have a baby girl which has been taken into care.

Lord 司法（官） Pitchford said: ‘He 受託するd he was the father but （人命などを）奪う，主張するd he had done nothing wrong because the girl had 強姦d him.’

Farrington had earlier told police he had no memory of the event and only 設立する out the next morning, when the girl explained what had happened.

The story was 拒絶するd by the 陪審／陪審員団, and he was 刑務所，拘置所d for four and a half years.

His laywers had argued that the 陪審／陪審員団 was given an '不公平な' summing up at the end of the 裁判，公判.

Farrington was jailed for four and a half years last July when a jury at Cambridge Crown Court refused to believe his story. He appealed against his conviction but last week the Appeal Court kicked out his case
