A white 先頭 driver was pulled over by police today for 運動ing through 急ぐ-hour traffic with her windscreen 完全に covered by planks.

The driver had her Vauxhall Combo 掴むd by officers in, who then 地位,任命するd a picture online as a 警告 to other drivers.

An image from inside the 先頭 shows how the driver - a 30-year-old woman - would have been able to see 事実上 nothing from behind the wheel.

She was stopped just after 8am today while 運動ing through Aston, Birmingham.

Police also 設立する out that the 先頭 was uninsured, and the driver was given a 法廷,裁判所 召喚するs for 運動ing without 保険.

After pulling over the car, officers tweeted: 'Not to all 乗り物 owners. Do NOT 運動 your モーター when the windscreen is covered in plastic fascias!'

Passers-by spoke of the incredulity they felt on seeing the 乗り物 stopped by officers.

Adrian Loveday, 34, said: 'I was 運動ing through Aston when I saw this chap get pulled over. At first I thought it was a joke, he [sic] couldn’t see a thing out of his windscreen.

'The officers were looking at the 先頭 in 不信 - it takes stupidity to a whole new level.'
