A 15-year-old Chicago boy was 手錠d in a 地階 by his father and godfather, who 支配するd him to a week of beatings with a belt and 浴びせる／消すd him with buckets of ice water, police said Friday.

Jose Quilabaqui, 40, the father and Carlos Quizhpi, 53, the godfather, were ordered held in lieu of $90,000 保釈（金） after a 法廷，裁判所 審理，公聴会 Thursday. They've been 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d with 重罪 kidnapping.

Police Department spokeswoman Janel Sedevic said their 動機 was to punish the boy for m isbehaving.
