This is the moment a cleaner was caught on camera stealing £140 cash from a 99-year-old woman whose 怪しげな son had 始める，決める up a 秘かに調査する camera.

Days later Ivy Peachey, 63, was filmed taking some of the money and stuffing it into her pinafore as she cleaned the house. She has since 認める 窃盗 of £140 and been 刑務所，拘置所d for one month.

すぐに after the cleaner’s visit, Mr Howarth noticed £160 had 消えるd. He then 接触するd police who 示唆するd doing the same thing, but 工場／植物ing a camera to catch the 犯人 in the 行為／法令／行動する.

Mr Howarth said: ‘I decided to 工場／植物 some money in a little box and 監視する it. So after going to the police I did the same thing again and placed a hidden camera there and saw Ivy take money from the box and put it in her pinny.

The CPS said: ‘There was no 証拠 to 設立する that Ivy Peachey ever had 接近 to the 犠牲者’s bank account.

'Therefore there was insufficient 証拠 to 供給する a realist prospect of 有罪の判決 in relation to the 主張 of 窃盗 of £30,000.’

However, Mr Howarth 追加するd: ‘I’m just happy that she has been proven to be a どろぼう and I hope that others who have been 犠牲者 to her get some satisfaction.’
