The mother of three-year-old Mikaeel Kular has appeared in 法廷,裁判所 (刑事)被告 of 殺人ing her son.

Rosdeep Adekoya, 34, is 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金d with 強襲,強姦ing Mikaeel at her Edinburgh home in January and hiding his 団体/死体 in woodland in Fife.

It is 申し立てられた/疑わしい she 試みる/企てるd to 敗北・負かす the ends of 司法(官) by pretending to police he had gone 行方不明の, 誘発するing a majo r search by the 緊急 services and members of the public.

Ms Adekoya appeared before 裁判官 Lord Boyd at the High 法廷,裁判所 in Edinburgh today. The 栄冠を与える 主張する that she 殺人d her son after 強襲,強姦ing him on さまざまな occasions between January 12 and January 15.

検察官,検事s say she did this and 原因(となる)d a police 調査 to be 開始する,打ち上げるd into his 見えなくなる and that a major search was then made for him which 伴う/関わるd police officers, members of the 解雇する/砲火/射撃 service, the coastguard, the mountain 救助(する), 空気/公表する support and members of the public.

Today 起訴 lawyer Alex Prentice QC told the 法廷,裁判所 that there had been discussions between the 栄冠を与える and Ms Adekoya’s 合法的な 代表者/国会議員s.

Mr Prentice said that these discussions were on going and asked for the 事例/患者 to be continued to a 審理,公聴会 at Edinburgh High 法廷,裁判所 later this month.
