Intrusive new 力／強力にするs to 秘かに調査する on the last 12 months of everybody’s bank 声明s are 存在 需要・要求するd by the taxman.

In a major escalation of its 存在するing 権利s, Her Majesty’s 歳入 and Customs wants to be able to 接近 月毎の copies of bank, Isa and even 共同の account 声明s.

At least 17,000 people a year will have 基金s 掴むd under the 提案するd new 力／強力にするs.

But yesterday HMRC 長，指導者 (n)役員／(a)執行力のある Lin ホームラン went その上の, telling MPs on the 財務省 Select 委員会 she also wants to be able to ask banks or building societies to を引き渡す 12 months of a person’s bank or Isa 声明s.

This is to check their income flow so 公式の／役人s can be sure the money will be there when they 急襲する on the account.

Ms ホームラン even 示唆するd that if HMRC is given the 力／強力にする, a ‘審議 will follow’ about 延長するing it to other public 団体／死体s such as retrieving money 借りがあるd for TV licences or car 税金.?

More than 90 per cent of people 支払う／賃金 their 税金s, but a 少数，小数派 take the 見解（をとる） that they will 延期する 支払う／賃金ing for as long as they can get away with it, said Ms ホームラン.

'We are talking about 17,000 people who don't 論争 the 税金 is 予定, they just don't 支払う／賃金,' she said. 'We will have written to them, we will have engaged with them and they just 倍の their 武器 and wait for us to take some other 活動／戦闘.

'Of course, we can go to 法廷，裁判所, but the cost both in time and money of going to 法廷，裁判所 will often outweigh or 本気で 減らす the 量 of 税金 collected. In these 事例／患者s, we believe with proper 保護（する）／緊急輸入制限s... this is a fairer way of 抽出するing the 税金 everybody is 予定 to 支払う／賃金.'?

'THIS GOES AGAINST THE MAGNA CARTA'

HMRC’s new 力／強力にするs will ‘go against the Magna Carta’ by 許すing it to 掴む money without needing the 許可 of the 法廷，裁判所s, an MP said yesterday.

But Chas Roy-Chowdhury, 長，率いる of 課税 at the 協会 of 借り切る／憲章d Certified Accountants, said: ‘There is a dangerous sense of “Big Brother” about it.
