Police 行方不明になるd a 一連の chances to 保護する a woman from her estranged husband before he stabbed her to death at her hair salon, a damning 報告（する）／憶測 has 設立する.

Former policeman Ivan Esack knifed Natalie Esack up to 11 times in 前線 of her shocked 同僚 because he could not 対処する with her having a new boyfriend.

The review said that Kent Police could also have 逮捕（する）d Esack for sending malicious communications or 問題／発行するd him with an いやがらせ 警告.

In February 2012, he turned up at the house where she was staying, car rying a knife and 脅すing to slit his throat.

'This should have resulted in その上の 調査 into an offence of 所有／入手 of an 不快な／攻撃 武器,' the 報告（する）／憶測 追加するd.

The review said there was '証拠 of 増大するing 乱用' in the six months before Mrs Esack's death and police should have 調査／捜査するd the 出来事/事件s in March 2012 more fully.

While Mrs Esack's death may not have been 妨げるd, the 報告（する）／憶測 設立する, 国内の 暴力／激しさ 専門家s should have 工夫するd a 'safety 計画（する）' for her.
