A college friend of Boston マラソン 爆破 嫌疑者，容疑者／疑う Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was 罪人／有罪を宣告するd Monday of 妨げるing the 調査 into the 爆破 which （人命などを）奪う，主張するd the lives of three people and 負傷させるd more than 250 others.

Tazhayakov's lawyers argued that it was the other friend, Dias Kadyrbayev, who 除去するd the items from the University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth dorm room and then threw them away.

Myers said Tazhayakov and another friend, Robel Phillipos, sat passively watching a movie in Tsarnaev's dorm room as Kadyrbayev took the backpack.

One month before the 爆破, the 起訴 主張するs that Tsarnaev met with his friends at a restaurant and told them how he could make a 爆弾 and then spoke about 殉教／苦難.

'It was good to die … as a 殉教者, as you would die with a smile on your 直面する and go straight to heaven,' Tsarnaev told them, によれば Siegmann.
