This is the shocking moment staff at a Mexican kennel laughed as they used a 木造の club to ferociously （警官の）巡回区域，受持ち区域 dogs to death on the orders of their 雇用者.

A group of men working at a dog 避難所 in the town of Huatulco in the south-western 明言する／公表する of Oaxaca were filmed by encouraging 同僚s pulling two dogs out of their cages and 乱打するing them death.

It is understood that the owner of the kennel had ordered staff to kill dogs in the 残虐な way because he did not want to 支払う／賃金 money to have unwanted animals destroyed humanely by a vet.

Shocking: Throughout the clip, the men receive sickening 激励 by a group of their 同僚s who stand around nonchalantly laughing and smirking - doing nothing to stop the cruelty

The horrific images begin by showing the 殺人，大当り of a young 女性（の） dog, which is violently dragged into the middle of a patch of grass and 繰り返して struck around the 長，率いる with the club.

At one heartbreaking moment one dog's tail can be seen been seen wagging にもかかわらず it having already been 残酷に struck around the 長，率いる with the club.

This reaction was almost certainly 原因（となる）d by the animal 存在 so dazed from the blow that it no longer knew what was going on.

'The 乱用 was carried out under the 指示／教授／教育s of the kennel 経営者／支配人 Andres de Jesus Santos Moscoso who told his 従業員s to get rid of unclaimed dogs in this way rather than 支払う／賃金ing for them to be killed in a humane way by a vet,' Mr Lebron 追加するd.
