War poets, a child 兵士 and poppies: 王室の Mail to 問題／発行する 一連の special stamps each year from 2014 to 2018 to 祝う／追悼する First World War

- A new 始める，決める of six will be made 利用できる every year until 2018, bosses say
- Designs will 含む images of poppies, portraits, war art and famous poetry
The 王室の Mail is to 問題／発行する a 一連の special stamps over the next five years to 祝う／追悼する the First World War.
The 始める，決める will feature 30 stamps covering a number of 主題s associated with the 広大な／多数の／重要な War, from haunting images of no man's land to famous war poetry.
An 初期の 始める，決める is going on sale this week 利用できる at 10,000 地位，任命する offices across the country as part of moves to 示す 100 year 周年記念日 of the beginning of the 衝突.

Over the next five years, the collection will feature a wide-範囲 of 主題s linked to the war 含むing the 出資／貢献 of the 武装した services, the 役割 of the 連邦／共和国 Countries and 非，不，無-combatants and women.

Another design 含むs lines from Laurence Binyon’s iconic war poem ‘For the Fallen’, which is often recited at Remembrance services in Britain, Australia, New Zealand and Canada.
A 絵 called 'A 星／主役にする 爆撃する' by CRW Nevinson features on another stamp. The war art shows a ゆらめく illuminating no man’s land.
One stamp 含むs a portrait of child 兵士 私的な William Tickle who enlisted in September 1914, and served in the 9th 大隊, Essex 連隊.

He was 受託するd にもかかわらず 存在 under age and served until he was killed at the 戦う／戦い of the Somme in 1916.
Another features a picture of ‘The 返答’, a bronze 記念の by Welsh artist Sir William Goscombe John 代表するing the raising of several companies of the Northumberland Fusiliers.
The 記念の 描写するs the men joining up in 1914 and is 位置を示すd in a public park in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne.
A stamp with a picture of the Princess Mary Gift Box 完全にするs the first 始める，決める. The embossed 厚かましさ／高級将校連 boxes were given as Christmas 現在のs to everyone wearing the King’s uniform and serving overseas on December 25 1914.
The 計画／陰謀 was 開始する，打ち上げるd by Princess Mary, the 17-year-old daughter of King George V. The box 含むd a Christmas card and a picture of the Princess along with gifts.

Servicemen at the 前線 or at sea who were smokers received a 麻薬を吸う, an ounce of タバコ, cigarettes and a tinder はしけ. 非，不，無-smokers received a packet of 甘いs and a 令状ing 事例／患者 with pencil, paper and envelopes.
The 王室の Mail's Managing director for 消費者 and 網状組織 接近, Stephen Agar, said: ‘The 広大な／多数の／重要な War changed the course of world history in ways which are still 存在 felt today. This is why we took the 決定／判定勝ち（する） to produce 30 stamps over a five-year period.?
Helen 認める, 大臣 for the First World War Centenary 追加するd: ‘郵便の 労働者s played a really important 役割 in the war, with many 陳列する，発揮するing gallantry and heroism of the highest order. I hope that these stamps will help to bring home the meaning of the centenary to everyone that sees them.’
