Police are routinely telling 犠牲者s of 罪，犯罪 to become ‘DIY 探偵，刑事s’ and 調査／捜査する offences themselves.

Officers are washing their 手渡すs of thousands of 罪，犯罪s unless the public can 供給する them with 手がかり（を与える）s.

犠牲者s are asked to interview 隣人s, look for 指紋s, find CCTV （映画の）フィート数 and even check eBay for their stolen 所有物／資産／財産.
