When I first began working as an announcer for 無線で通信する 4, I experienced all the usual 苦悩 dreams that occur when you start doing something new.

In one 特に vivid nightmare, all my teeth would 落ちる out and tinkle daintily の上に the (米)棚上げする/(英)提議する as I be gan to read. I would then be unable to make any sound other than a whistle, much to the amusement of さまざまな shadowy 人物/姿/数字s lurking at the 辛勝する/優位s of my consciousness.

Variations on a 主題 were an 無(不)能 to find the 権利 studio in time, or a script where the pages were forever out of order. Fortunately, these horrors receded as I settled into my work as part of the 連続 team: 発表するing 近づいている programmes, reading the news and, most memorably in the opinion of many listeners, 配達するing the Shipping 予測(する).

I would imagine fishermen, 着せる/賦与するs and hair stiff with salt, 運ぶ/漁獲高ing themselves up a steeply angled deck with the 肌 of their 手渡すs and 直面するs flayed by a biting, unforgiving 勝利,勝つd. It was an evocative image of ‘those in 危険,危なくする on the sea’ and my affinity with the Shipping 予測(する) had much to do with my own love of the ocean.

I have spent most of my life in London, but in my first year at the University of Kent I stayed in digs in Whitstable and I still feel a strong 勧める to return to the coast as often as I can. Not that our audience consisted only of sailors. A 広大な/多数の/重要な many other people listened to the Shipping 予測(する) and took 楽しみ in it にもかかわらず having no 関係 with the sea どれでも. They 簡単に loved listening to the rhythm and musicality of the 予測(する), revelling in phrases such as ‘precipitation within sight’.

Bizarrely, some people still think I read it out on 空気/公表する now, even though I gave it up some years ago to concentrate on newsreading.
