With his British accent and 正確な diction, Scott Rogers might've seemed out of place in Baton 紅, but the Mississippi River city embraced the 地元の TV host and beloved 市民の booster.

He served as 裁判官 for the jambalaya cook-off, raised thousands for at-危険 kids and opened his own church. He co-hosted the Baton 紅 Christmas parade and even 穏健なd a 2010 中尉／大尉／警部補 知事 審議. A 2011 Louisiana 上院 決意／決議 took three pages to 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） his good 行為s.

'At the time, I didn't believe what they said about Scott, so when the 会議 spoke out, I was really 傷つける, really angry,' she said. 'I cared for him, and I loved him. I hated that the 会議 had done that. 負担s of people took their children away (from the 学院) and Scott had 財政上の problems and then Scott disappeared. It was a really sad time for us.'
