Two British men have been 逮捕（する）d over the mystery 見えなくなる of a London 実業家's girlfriend last seen three months ago at a Spanish nightclub popular with celebrities.

Agnese Klavina, 30, 消えるd after a night out at glitzy Puerto Banus nightclub Aqwa もや, a 首相の職 footballers' favourite and the 発生地 for a packed Chris Brown concert this summer.

Her anguished family, friends and boyfriend Michael Millis, a former owner of west London club Westbourne Studios, are planning to travel to Spain soon to make a new 控訴，上告 for （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） o n her どの辺に.?

But MailOnline has been told that three men, two of whom are understood to be British, have been 逮捕（する）d on 疑惑 of the waitress's 違法な 拘留，拘置 - 示すing the 当局 believe her 見えなくなる was not voluntary - and their homes and cars have been searched.

The three men, whose 指名するs and ages have not been made public, were 解放（する）d on 保釈（金） after appearing before the 調査／捜査するing 治安判事 around a fortnight ago in a の近くにd 法廷，裁判所 審理，公聴会 while the 調査（する） continues.

Two of the men are believed to have been 逮捕（する）d after they were identified on CCTV （映画の）フィート数 leaving the club with Latvian-born 行方不明になる Klavina, who had been living on and off in London for the past five years.

She was spending the summer in Marbella after 飛行機で行くing to the 訴える手段／行楽地 in May to start work as a receptionist at 高級な Marbella beach club the Ocean Club.

London-based Mr Millis, 38, 認める last night: 'We are very, very 関心d. I'm 100 per cent sure Agnese would not have disappeared 任意に.

'She updated her Facebook page 絶えず with every little 詳細（に述べる） of what she was doing and we would be in 接触する most days.

'There's been 完全にする silence since the day she went 行方不明の.

'It's 失望させるing, but we understand it's the way things work in Spain and it's something we have to 受託する.

'What we do know is that nobody has been 設立する and that gives us hope Agnese is still alive and can be 再会させるd wit h her loved ones.?

Aqwa もや is one of four Marbella 発生地s owned by international restaurant brand La Sala, whose 株主s 含む ex-Tottenham footballer David Bentley and defender Dean Austin.

Footballer Ashley Cole is said to have spent £12,000 on シャンペン酒 which he then sprayed over his friends during a night out at Aqwa もや in July last year.
