The Mail on Sunday can 明らかにする／漏らす that the SNP is planning to 得る the 財政上の 利益s of the new 取引，協定 ? while 辞退するing to 手渡す across the money to 基金 the 君主国.

With the first formal 会合 between new First 大臣 Ms Sturgeon and the Queen just three days away, the move 脅すs to 刺激する a major 不和 between the Scottish 政府 and the 王室の Family.?

Ms Sturgeon’s calculated 無視する，冷たく断わる will also 緊張する the fraught 関係 between the 政府s in London and Edinburgh.

労働 said the First 大臣’s 拒絶 to 支払う／賃金 Scotland’s 株 for the 王室の Family showed the SNP’s ‘狭くする’ 見解（をとる） of the world, while the Tories （刑事）被告 the 国家主義者s of deliberately trying to ‘土台を崩す’ Scotland’s strong links with the 君主国.

Ms Sturgeon has a history as a strong anti-Royalist, having ボイコット（する）d a visit by the Queen to the Scottish 議会 in 2003 and also deliberately making her 誓い of 忠誠 in the Scottish 議会 to the 主権，独立 of the people, not the 君主, when she was elected in 1999.

After the SNP lost the 国民投票 on independence in September, David Cameron asked Lord Smith of Kelvin to draw up a 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） ? with cross-party 是認 ? of 力／強力にするs that should be devolved from Westminster to the Scottish 議会.

The Scottish 政府 will take 支配（する）／統制する of the 所有物／資産／財産 and land in Scotland, under new 力／強力にするs devolved to them under the Smith （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 報告（する）／憶測, 含むing 場所／位置s such as Tobermory on the 小島 of 検討する，考慮する (pictured)

When the Smith （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限’s 報告（する）／憶測 was published last month, it transferred 支配（する）／統制する to the Scottish 議会 of all the Scottish 資産s of the 栄冠を与える 広い地所.

This means the Scottish 政府 will take 支配（する）／統制する of the 所有物／資産／財産 and land in Scotland 以前 owned on に代わって of the British 明言する／公表する, 同様に as 支配（する）／統制する of Scotland’s coastline, 含むing mineral and fishing 権利s and the 歳入 from 沖合いの／海外の 勝利，勝つd farms.

However, the move also 直接／まっすぐに 影響する／感情s the Queen’s income, because the 栄冠を与える 広い地所 plays a 決定的な 役割 in 基金ing the 王室の Family.

The 栄冠を与える 広い地所, throughout the whole of the UK, makes about £240 million 利益（をあげる） every year.

At the moment, these 利益（をあげる）s are 手渡すd to the 財務省. The 王室の Family receives a ‘君主 認める’ 同等（の） to 15 per cent of the 利益（をあげる）s. 現在／一般に, this 協定 means the 王室のs receive about £36 million a year.

The Smith （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 報告（する）／憶測 said the ‘管理／経営 of the 栄冠を与える 広い地所’s 経済的な 資産s in Scotland and the 歳入 生成するd by those 資産s’ should be transferred to the 支配（する）／統制する of the Scottish 議会.

As a result, the 利益（をあげる）s of the residual 栄冠を与える 広い地所 in England and むちの跡s will 縮む ? as will the 15 per cent 株 given to the Queen.

When the 利益（をあげる）s from the 栄冠を与える 広い地所’s 資産s in Scotland are taken away, the residual 栄冠を与える 広い地所 will lose £14 million a year ? and the Queen will lose about £2.1 million 毎年. Instead of going to the 財務省, the cash from Scotland will go straight into Scottish 政府 coffers.

Crucially Lord Smith’s 報告（する）／憶測 made it （疑いを）晴らす that a new 取引，協定 would have to be put in place to 確実にする the Queen’s 存在するing 基金ing remained in place.

A spokeswoman for the Scottish 政府 said: ‘The level of 基金ing the Queen receives from the 財務省 under the 君主 認める is 始める，決める by 言及／関連 to 15 per cent of the 栄冠を与える 広い地所’s 利益（をあげる）s and does not come from 栄冠を与える 広い地所 利益（をあげる）s themselves.?

'With 71 per cent of 税金s paid in Scotland continuing to be controlled by the 財務省, Scotland will continue to make the same 出資／貢献 to the 君主国 through general 税金s.’
