労働's energy price 凍結する is a joke, says Cameron: 旗艦 政策 is mocked as 法案s start to 宙返り／暴落する?

David Cameron said 労働 leader Ed Miliband has been 'turned into a total joke' by his energy 政策
労働’s 旗艦 energy price 凍結する was branded ‘a joke’ last night, as 上級の 人物／姿／数字s in the party 確認するd it has been reviewed in the light of 落ちるing prices.
The price 凍結する, which Mr Miliband 誓約（する）d would last until 2017, has been thrown into 騒動 in 最近の weeks as a 低迷 in the price of oil saw the prospect of 落ちるing energy prices.

労働’s energy 広報担当者 Caroline Flint yesterday 主張するd the 凍結する had always been designed to 行為／法令／行動する as a cap, which would 許す prices to be 削減（する）. She told MPs: ‘If anyone is 労働ing under the illusion that the price 凍結する can be used as an excuse for not 配達するing price 削減（する）s then let me disabuse them of that.’
She explained that 労働 would change the 法律 to give the regulator Ofgem the 力／強力にする to 軍隊 energy 会社／堅いs to 削減（する） 法案s when 卸売物価s 落ちる.
