North Korea may be 試みる／企てるing to 再開する its main 核の 爆弾 燃料 原子炉 after a five-month shutdown, 専門家s believe.

Newly 解放（する）d 衛星 images 示唆する the country could be in the 早期に 行う／開催する／段階s of bringing its Yongbyon 原子炉 コンビナート／複合体 支援する into use.

When fully 操作の, the five-メガワット 施設 is 有能な of producing about six キロs of プルトニウム a year - enough for a 核の 爆弾.

Pictures have also （悪事，秘密などを）発見するd activity at a separate Yongbyon 施設, thought to be used for 濃厚にするing ウラン.

The North says the 目的 is to produce low-濃厚にするd ウラン for a new 原子炉 it is 建設するing, but 専門家s 嫌疑者，容疑者／疑う that the real goal is 武器s-grade ウラン, an 代案／選択肢 to プルトニウム for a 核の 爆弾.

Earlie r this month, North Korea 申し込む／申し出d to 一時停止する 核の 実験（する）s in 交流 for a 一時的な 凍結する on US-South Korea 共同の 軍の 演習s.

Washington 拒絶するd the 申し込む／申し出, which it 述べるd as an 'implicit 脅し' to 爆発させる a fourth 核の 装置.

A separate 分析 on the 38 North website two weeks ago said 衛星 images of the North's Punggye-ri 核の 実験（する） 場所／位置 showed there were no 調印するs that a detonation could be 切迫した.?
