A troubled Islamic school which is 申し立てられた／疑わしい to have sent £1million of public money to 建設する a sister 設立 in Pakistan is in 負債 to the tune of almost £3million, Birmingham City 会議 has 明らかにする／漏らすd.

New leadership was brought into Al-Hijrah School last year, after the 会議 軍隊d out the old 知事s and 解雇（する）d its headteacher まっただ中に （人命などを）奪う，主張するs of 財政上の 不正行為s and poor 基準 of education.

The 規模 of the voluntary-補佐官d school's 財政上の woes have been laid 明らかにする by Birmingham City 会議 which said auditors now believed the school's 概算の 赤字 by the end of this 財政上の year would be 'in the 地域 of over £3million'.???

It comes as a 会議 調査 continues into 主張s £1million of public money sent to the Bordesley Green school 設立する its way to 基金ing construction of a school in Pakistan.

Late last year, the new 会議-支援するd (n)役員／(a)執行力のある headteacher 知らせるd parents the taxpayer was 爆撃する out £470,000 in rent and classroom 雇う costs just to keep the gates open.

Al-Hijrah, 述べるd on its website as 'an Islamic school 供給するing high 質 education for 4-16-year-olds' has been in special 対策 after a damning Ofsted 査察 in December 2013.

In May last year, a 政府-支援するd 暫定的な (n)役員／(a)執行力のある board (IEB) took over the running the school, and has been 取り組むing what Ofsted recently called 'a number of 財政上の 不正行為s' left over from the time of the previous 政権.

The 会議 said the 大規模な 赤字 is '予定 to the 財政上の 状況／情勢 we 相続するd'.

It has also 警告するd the 人物／姿／数字 is likely to grow because the 会議 has 'a 義務 to 改善する the school 環境 and 確実にする the children have 接近 to the 資源s they deserve'.

While the 義務／負債 is the school's, the 赤字 is 含むd on the cash-strapped 会議's own balance sheet.

It recently 現れるd in a letter from the then (n)役員／(a)執行力のある headteacher Graham Hardy that before the old school 知事s were 押し進めるd out, they had renegotiated the 場所／位置 賃貸し（する） from a peppercorn 率 of £1 up to £300,000.

Mr Hardy said the cash was payable 毎年 to the Al-Hijrah 信用, which manages the 場所／位置, and that 'the money is taken from the 予算 配分するd by the 地元の 当局 to 雇う teachers and 供給する 資源s'.

The 年次の 予算 for running the school is £3million, which is 政府 money given to Al-Hijrah through the 会議.

In his letter, Mr Hardy said the school buildings, which are still the Al-Hijrah 信用's 責任／義務 to 持続する, had several 'serious' 問題／発行するs 含むing a 漏れるing roof that could cost up to £500,000 to 修理.

He told parents the school was also having to 支払う／賃金 £170,000-a-year for 一時的な on-場所／位置 classrooms.?

Parents were also told £32,177 had to be spent on pupil 保護（する）／緊急輸入制限ing, 含むing 安全な・保証する 外部の doors and working CCTV.

'Birmingham City 会議 has received a large 量 of （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） regarding the 財政上の status of the school and continues to work with other statutory 機関s to identify how 基金s have been expended,' the 広報担当者 said.

The school was not linked to the Trojan Horse 主張s which 現れるd in March, last year.
