A second British fortmer Guantanamo 抑留者 has been 解放（する）d without 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金, police said.

Tarek Dergoul, 26, is a former care 労働者 from Bethnal Green, east London.

A Scotland Yard 広報担当者 said: "One of the 26-year-old men 逮捕（する）d under the テロ行為 行為／法令／行動する 2000 on March 9 has been 解放（する）d without 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金.
