More than £150,000 of taxpayers’ money has been spent on four traffic-封鎖するing bollards - that cars can 運動 around.

The 地位，任命するs, which operate between 10am and 5pm every day, have been 任命する／導入するd in the city centre on four ‘gate’ streets to keep 乗り物s out of the 歩行者 area.
