A 裁判官 予定 to 支配する on whether a 癌 苦しんでいる人 can be 立ち退かせるd from his home for 落ちるing behind on his mortgage will give his 判決 経由で email after angry 抗議する人s 襲う the 法廷，裁判所.

裁判官 Nigel Godsmark QC has told grandfather-of-two Tom Crawford, 64, that he will receive his 裁判／判断 electronically over 恐れるs that giving it in 法廷，裁判所 could start a 暴動.

Mr Crawford?has been 戦う／戦いing the （強制）執行官s over （人命などを）奪う，主張するs he still 借りがあるs £43,000 in 優れた mortgage 返済s since 2007.

Tom Crawford, 64, who is 回復するing from prostate 癌, has been fighting （強制）執行官s trying to 立ち退かせる him from his home since July last year after he fell behind on his mortgage 支払い（額）s

Mr?Crawford was 推定する／予想するing a 判決，裁定 over whether he will be 許すd to keep his house on Friday, but the 裁判官 said he will have to give his 判決 経由で email over 恐れるs there would be a 暴動 if he gave it in person

His 事例／患者 rose to attention last July after he 地位，任命するd a YouTube ビデオ begging for help after 貸す人s 脅すd to 立ち退かせる him from his three-bedroom home in Fearn の近くに, Carlton, Nottinghamshire.

Around 300 strangers turned up to keep the （強制）執行官s away, and in January this year 500 people formed a human 封鎖 around the 所有物／資産／財産 where he has lived for 27 years.

At one point, police バリケードd the doors of the 法廷，裁判所 to stop the noisy （人が）群がるs gathered outside from bursting into the 法廷，裁判所.

Speaking after the 審理，公聴会 Mr Crawford, who is 回復するing from prostate 癌, said: 'We're on a bit of a tight-rope now, not knowing which way the 決定／判定勝ち（する） will go.

'But we've given them the 証拠, so I just hope 司法（官） will be done.

'If it wasn't for these people, they would have taken our home.

'This support is what everyone should get. There are a lot of homes taken from people who don't 借りがある any money and they are 鉄道／強行採決するd by the banks.

'Banks, whoever is 伴う／関わるd in 貸付金ing money, has a juggernaut. And they just run over ordinary people to get their money.'

His daughter Amanda Pike, 35, 追加するd: 'We hope we have been heard 公正に／かなり. I'm still 脅すd as to what the 結果 will be, but we just really want to believe in 司法（官）.

'But even if the 事例／患者 doesn't go our way, it won't be the end.'

His wife Susan, who 作品 in market 研究, said: 'If you can imagine trying to save your home at the same time as wanting to nurse your husband when he's 猛烈に ill.

'And then trying to keep a roof over his 長，率いる, it's been a nightmare, an 絶対の nightmare.'

'The bank was not asked to sort the problem out by turning it into a 返済 mortgage. There was no 詐欺 by the bank.'

支持者 Jim Richman, 41, travelled all the way from Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, to show his support after 審理，公聴会 of Mr Crawford's 事例／患者 on YouTube.

He said: 'We hope that 司法（官） will be served. Any one of us could be in Tom's position next - that's why so many people feel so 堅固に about this.'

Mr Crawford and his wife Susan took out an endowment mortgage with the now 消滅した／死んだ Bradford and Bingley to buy the bungalow for £41,800 in 1988.

They paid £300-£400 in 月毎の mortgage 返済s and 推定する／予想するd to own the 所有物／資産／財産 when the mortgage （機の）カム to an end in 2013.

Bradford and Bingley was nationalised in 2008 during the 財政上の 危機 with the main banking section 存在 sold to Abbey 国家の while 存在するing mortgages remained in public 支配（する）／統制する.
