It is an image which 逮捕（する）s the desperation of those living in Nepal's remote villages: the frantic scrabble to reach 援助（する） dropped from a ヘリコプター above.

Seven days after the 地震 which 荒廃させるd Nepal and killed more than 6,700 people, there are still areas where 援助（する） is yet to reach, 妨害するd by 地滑りs 封鎖するing the already 背信の mountain roads.

Worse, it has now been 明らかにする／漏らすd the much-needed 援助（する） arriving in the country is piling up at Kathmandu Airport - help up by 官僚主義.

Angry 村人s in parts of the Sindhupal chok 地区, to the east of Kathmandu, said on Saturday they were still waiting for 援助（する） to reach them.

In the village of Pauwathok, where all but a handful of the 85 homes were destroyed, three トラックで運ぶs 明らかに carrying 援助（する） 供給（する）s roared by without stopping.

'Even seven days in this is still very much considered the 早期に days, because there are people we still 港／避難所't reached. So we need ヘリコプターs to reach them.

'This is one of the poorest places on Earth. If the 全世界の community walks away, the people of this country will not receive the 援助 that is 要求するd for them to 再構築する their lives.'

Cousin said the 優先 was get ting 避難所 for people: more than 130,000 homes were destroyed in the 7.8 magnitude 地震, and people were in desperate need of 保護 from the 勝利，勝つd and the rain.?

The Nepalese 政府 has 新たにするd its 控訴，上告 for 寄贈者s to send テントs, tarpaulins and basic food 供給（する）s, 説 some of the items 存在 sent are of little use.?

It also asked 寄贈者s to send money if they cannot send things that are すぐに necessary.

'We have received things like マグロ fish and mayonnaise. What good are those things for us? We need 穀物s, salt and sugar,' 大蔵大臣 押し通す Sharan Mahat told reporters Friday.?

Yet 寄付s are no good to the people of Nepal - one of the poorest countries in the world -if they are unable to leave the airport.

U.N. 居住（者） 代表者／国会議員 Jamie McGoldrick said the 政府 must 緩和する customs 制限s to を取り引きする the 増加するing flow of 救済 構成要素 and 避ける bottlenecks.
