Pensioner's fury at 'despicable' parking warden after he was given £70 ticket as he helped his mother-in-法律,100, to the 洗面所?

A pensioner is furious about 存在 手渡すd a £70 parking ticket after he left his car on 二塁打 yellow lines, because his 100-year-old mother-in-法律 needed the 洗面所.??

Jonathan Taylor, 65, from Stoke-on-Trent, was 運動ing his 年輩の mother-in-法律 Hilda Bassett to her 週刊誌 hair 任命 when she asked him to pull over so she could pop to the loo.

But when he returned to his car six minutes later he noticed a traffic warden had slapped a £70 parking ticket on his windscreen.

Mr Taylor, who is married to Mrs Bassett's daughter Patricia Ann Taylor, 74, said:

'It was just six minutes before the warden （機の）カム, they just jumped out at me.

'I explained the 状況／情勢, I told them I couldn't just leave a 100-year-old woman on her own like that, but they didn't want to know.

'I showed them my blue badge, but they weren't having any of it.

'There was 絶対 no compassion. There was just a total 欠如（する） of understanding, and I think the whole 状況／情勢 is just despicable.'???

'She's incontinent and she was dashing to the loo. I helped her out the car and into the salon.
