A pensioner is furious about 存在 手渡すd a £70 parking ticket after he left his car on 二塁打 yellow lines, because his 100-year-old mother-in-法律 needed the 洗面所.??

Jonathan Taylor, 65, from Stoke-on-Trent, was 運動ing his 年輩の mother-in-法律 Hilda Bassett to her 週刊誌 hair 任命 when she asked him to pull over so she could pop to the loo.

He parked his car on the yellow lines and helped Mrs Bassett, who is incontinent, into the salon but forgot to put the 無能にするd blue badge on the dashboard.

But when he returned to his car six minutes later he noticed a traffic warden had slapped a £70 parking ticket on his windscreen.

'I explained the 状況/情勢, I told them I couldn't just leave a 100-year-old woman on her own like that, but they didn't want to know.

'I showed them my blue badge, but they weren't having any of it.
