An unimpressed 女性（の） 顧客 was called John not once, but twice in an online 雑談（する） with a Telstra 代表者／国会議員.

The conversation started off やめる professional with the Telstra 代表者／国会議員 telling the 顧客, 指名するd Kate, that she was pulling up her account before 明言する／公表するing that it will take her a few more minutes to look into her （民事の）告訴 about an error.

But when Kate 簡単に 答える／応じるd with '承認する' the service rep cheerily replied with 'Thanks again, John, have a lovely day!'.

The conversation started off quite professional with the Telstra representative telling the customer, named Kate, that she was pulling up her account but then the rep called her John

Kate may have been 用意が出来ている to let that slip until the exact same comment appeared from the rep a second time.

This was when Kate 突然の replied with: 'Jennifer, my 指名する is not John.'

And then すぐに followed up with another message: 'And I am hoping you have been 現実に waiting for my account to 負担 and not serving another 顧客.'

The rep 敏速に 答える／応じるd 説 that it was a simple mix-up as John was in fact the 指名する of the 同僚 who sat next to her.

'Oh I am sorry Kate. I have my 同僚 beside me his 指名する is John and he asked me a question.'

Finding it difficult to believe her excuse, Kate was not 用意が出来ている to 受託する her 推論する／理由ing for calling her John.

The disgruntled 顧客 突然の replied with 'I find that somewhat hard to believe'.?
