A brother and sister in Washington 明言する／公表する have とじ込み／提出するd a civil 殺人 訴訟 against their own cousin, （人命などを）奪う，主張するing she killed their father - her uncle - on Christmas Day of last year.?

Jennifer Ralston and her brother, Caleb McNamara, （人命などを）奪う，主張する their cousin, Tracy Shannon Nessl, began a romantic 関係 with their recently 離婚d father, Timothy McNamara, in 2012 and killed him two years later.

The siblings, from 認める 郡, said McNamara and Nessl began their 関係 in July 2012. Nessl's father is McNamara's brother, relating them closely by 血.

'We had been raised in a very Christian, 保守的な home , and so it was hard for us to digest,' Jennifer told KREM. 'It was hard for us to understand.'

But as the siblings adjusted to the 関係, the couple moved from Soap Lake, Washington, to Belize, where they had 購入（する）d a fruit farm.?

'I think they went to Belize on a vacation, and at the same time they 購入（する）d a 概略で 60-acre fruit farm 負かす／撃墜する there,' Caleb told KREM. 'I think my dad went to Belize because he really couldn't sell it in a small town, the 関係 they were in.'

On December 26, 2014, Caleb received a text from Nessl, who told him that his father had died during a gun 事故. The text （機の）カム hours after McNamara had died, Caleb said.

Caleb and Jennifer's 弁護士／代理人／検事, Karen Koehler, of Seattle, Washington, said they will 捜し出す 司法（官） 'by any means that we can'.?

'But the goal of the family is that if this woman committed 殺人, which we believe happened, that she be held accountable 有罪に. And secondly, we want her pronounced civilly liable,' Koehler said. ???
