Prescott 警告するs 地域 against No 投票（する）

A no 投票（する） in the 来たるべき North East 地域の 国民投票 would 難破させる 計画（する）s for devolved 政府, 副 総理大臣 John Prescott 警告するd today.

It would be at least a １０年間 before the North East was 申し込む／申し出d another chance to 投票（する） on having an elected 地域の 議会, he said.

During a visit to a windswept Angel of the North, he told reporters': "It is a very important 投票（する） for the North East and it will not come 支援する for at least 10 years if it is no.

"This is a 広大な／多数の／重要な chance for the North East."

With little over a fortnight to go, the no （選挙などの）運動をする has a （疑いを）晴らす seven-point lead, によれば a Mori 調査する of over 1,000 投票者s.

That gap 広げるs to 23 points の中で those 確かな to 投票（する） on November 4, によれば the 投票 in the Northern Echo newspaper.

The 国民投票 選挙運動 began in July with the 公式の／役人 yes and no （軍の）野営地，陣営s 発表するd in 中央の-September.

The Yes4theNorthEast （選挙などの）運動をする has the 支援 of former Newcastle 部隊d chairman Sir John Hall, and Ray Mallon, the 独立した・無所属 市長 of Middlesbrough.

The North East Says No （選挙などの）運動をする has a variety of 商売／仕事 支援者s.

The Tories and the UK Independence party both 支援する a no 投票（する）, while the 自由主義の 民主党員s are （選挙などの）運動をするing for an 議会 - albeit with 保留（地）／予約s about the 団体／死体's 欠如（する） of 力／強力にするs.

If the 地域の 議会 is 始める，決める up, the 現在の two-tier 地元の 政府 in Northumberland and 郡 Durham would ha ve to be 配列し直すd into a 選び出す／独身 tier and 投票者s will be asked how this should be done.
