Walkers who cannot read paper 地図／計画するs and instead rely on their 動きやすい's GPS were 非難するd for an English beauty 位置／汚点／見つけ出す's rise in mountain 救助（する） call-outs.

An 'over-依存 on electronic 器具／備品' has been 非難するd for the slow 増加する in callouts for busy Lake 地区 mountain 救助者s.

Coniston Mountain 救助（する） Team has so far sprung into 活動／戦闘 44 times this year - already one more than the whole of 2014.

The organisation's Jeff Carroll said people relying on systems such as GPS and 地図／計画するs on 動きやすい phones has been a major 問題／発行する.

Instead, he 勧めるd tourists, walkers and cyclists who 調査する their beauty 位置／汚点／見つけ出す's countless mountain 追跡するs to carry a simple compass and Ordnance 調査する paper 地図／計画する.

Mr Carroll said: 'This year we have seen やめる a few mountain bikers coming to grief.

'The other thing is this over-依存 on electronic 器具／備品 - people using GPS and mapping on their phones, which is only ever really any good when the phone's got decent signal or 殴打／砲列.

'You speak to some people and they say, 'Yes, we're 井戸／弁護士席 equipped. We've got shorts and a T-shirt.' That's not really 井戸／弁護士席 equipped.

'There's an element of people just not understanding the 条件s - how much different it is on the 最高の，を越す of Coniston Old Man compared to walking 負かす／撃墜する a road in the village.'

On the 'Mountain 救助（する） England and むちの跡s' website, it 勧めるs readers to only us their 動きやすい phones for making 緊急 calls - not for 地図／計画する-reading.

It reads: 'A 地図／計画する and compass are 必須の 道具 and should be easily accessible - not buried in the rucksack!

'A 動きやすい phone and GPS are useful 道具s but don't rely on your 動きやすい to get you out of trouble - in many areas of the mountains there is no signal ニュース報道.

'Your 動きやすい phone may not be the most reliable way of calling for help.

'A GPS, smartphone or 航海 app is unable to read important subtleties, such as a sensible 大勝する choice.

'Unless you have already used your navigational abilities to programme in an exact 大勝する, it won't direct you away from cliffs or show you the best place to cross a river - or 申し込む／申し出 a n 代案／選択肢 if a 橋（渡しをする） is 負かす／撃墜する or the river is in flood.'
