He explained how the 'elk hounds' got inside the enclosure and began chasing the moose before the hunters knew they were entering into a zoo.

追跡(する)ing is very popular in Norway but the practise is ひどく 規制するd. Hunters need to be over the age of 16 and pass a proficiency 実験(する) to 得る a license.

The chairman of a 野性生物 法廷 in Troms 郡, Arne Nysted, said there was no need to punish the hunters.

He said:?'This is a 残念な mistake made in 関係 with lawful 追跡(する)ing on the outside of the park. It was a 致命的な error, but everyone understands that it was not done at all on 目的.'

And Katrine Grimnes, a police spokesperson from the nearby town of Malselv, said the 当局 would not comment until the hunter had been interviewed.
