現在/一般に it is 合法的な to take 1.5kg of mushrooms per person per day from the New Forest 国家の Park ? 供給するd it is for personal use.?

But 恐れるs have been raised that the woodland’s fungi ? which 含むs ceps, chanterelles and oyster varieties ? is 存在 decimated by 商業の pickers said to be (疑いを)晴らすing out 広大な 列s then selling them for a 抱擁する 利益(をあげる).

The only person 許すd to 選ぶ mushrooms to sell on is Brigitte Tee Hillman who in 2006 won a four-year 法廷,裁判所 戦う/戦い with the 植林学 (売買)手数料,委託(する)/委員会/権限, the 政府 当局 that manages the 220 square mile New Forest, for the 権利 to do so.

The 国家の 信用 is now 勧めるing foragers not to 選ぶ mushrooms on the Northern ありふれたs, five areas of woodland, heathland, 苦境に陥る and 牧草地, that cover around 1,600 ヘクタールs - around four per cent of the total size of the New Forest.

However 最高の,を越す foragers such as John Wright, 権利 手渡す man of TV chef Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall, have 攻撃する,衝突する out at the 控訴,上告, 尋問 its 有効性.

A 広報担当者 for the 国家の 信用 said: “We support the use of out 所有物/資産/財産s for foraging for abundant 種類 of wild food for personal use, as an 奮起させるing way to help reconnect people with the coast, countryside and nature.

“But here in the New Forest we have 設立する it impossible to police or manage fungi 選ぶing sustainably whilst still 支持する/優勝者ing the 現在の 1.5kg personal 選ぶing 限界 - a 限界 introduced years before the 抱擁する 沸き立つ in 選ぶing.

“We cannot 容赦する 商業の and perhaps 普及した 非,不,無-商業の collecting of fungi on 合法的に 保護するd 野性生物 場所/位置s of importance for fungi.

“The 規模 of collecting on the New Forest Northern ありふれたs is now so 広大な/多数の/重要な that to do nothing is not an 選択 for us.

“New 指導基準s asking people to 差し控える from 選ぶing fungi on the Northern ありふれたs have been introduced to 保護する and 保存する their unique 生態学.

“We will try 説得/派閥 wherever possible but it also has the 支援 of a 高度に competent 合法的な team and some 重要な 法律制定, 顕著に the 窃盗 行為/法令/行動する 1968.

“If a member of the public continues to flagrantly ignore the request not to 選ぶ fungi on New Forest SSSIs, the we may consider taking 合法的な 活動/戦闘, as it could be an offence to forage without the landowner’s 許可.

“However, this would be very much a last 訴える手段/行楽地, and only if direct 控訴,上告s by the 信用 to stop 選ぶing are 終始一貫して ignored.”

The question of whether mushroom 選ぶing is 損失ing is a contentious one - 選挙運動者s (人命などを)奪う,主張する it leads to dwindling numbers of fungi yet 科学の 熟考する/考慮するs have shown it has no 影響 on 未来 収穫s.

の中で those welcoming the 部分的な/不平等な 禁止(する) is Sara Cadbury, a New Forest-based mushroom 専門家 who has called for mushroom 選ぶing to be 無法者d 完全に.

Mrs Cadbury, a 農業者 from Brockenhurst, Hants, and a member of the British Mycological Society, has 以前 levelled 非難する on TV chefs and celebrity foragers for encouraging people to 選ぶ mushrooms.

She said: “The 国家の 信用 is to be commended for taking a 会社/堅い stand and the 当局 responsible in the 残り/休憩(する) of the New Forest should follow their example.

“The New Forest deserves 完全にする 保護 - it is a place for all to enjoy and 高く評価する/(相場などが)上がる and not to be spoiled by a selfish few.

“Fungi should be 高く評価する/(相場などが)上がるd for their visual beauty and for their important 役割 in the 環境 and 壊れやすい ecosystem and not for gastronomic 楽しみ, 特に when they can be easily bought from a shop.

“Appreciati on and learning about fungi can be done without 選ぶing and eating.”

However River Cottage 正規の/正選手 Mr Wright, who runs his own foraging forays in the New Forest, (刑事)被告 the 国家の 信用 of giving its 決定/判定勝ち(する) “little thought”.

He said: “From a quick look, these ありふれたs appear to be mostly heathland with 比較して few trees and little 牧草地 where edible fungi might grow, thus I am not やめる sure who or what the 国家の 信用 is worried about.

“If there is 商業の 選ぶing in these areas then that is already 違法な under 法令. The 信用 appears to have 反応するd to the 最近の 論争 over the 選ぶing of fungi in the New Forest with little thought.”
