A schoolboy 発射 in the thigh by ギャング（個々）s in a 残虐な doorstep attack has walked for the first time in three weeks.

Seven-year-old Christian Hickey remains in hospital after 存在 爆破d above the 膝 when he and mother Jayne, 29, opened answered the door at their home in Manchester.

He was left with 'life-changing' 傷害s by the 狙撃, in which Mrs Hickey was also 攻撃する，衝突する in the 脚.

It is not yet known when either will be fit enough to leave hospital.

The 出来事/事件 happened on Gillingham Road in Salford at around 9.30pm on the Monday night.

The first 違反者／犯罪者 is 述べるd as white, 老年の between 19 and 20, of 'chunky' build and was wearing a baseball cap. He spoke slowly and with a Salford accent.

ATTACK ON SEVEN-YEAR-OLD WAS THE FIRST SHOOTING OF A CHILD IN GREATER MANCHESTER SINCE THE MURDER OF DILLON HULL IN 1997

The 狙撃 of Christian was the first 狙撃 of a child in Greater Manchester since the 悲劇の 殺人 of Dillon 船体 18 years ago.
