Britain joins US in anti-terror 協定

Britain and the US have 調印するd a formal 協定 to 株 反対する-テロ行為 科学（工学）技術 and （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状）, it was 発表するd today.

Home 長官 David Blunkett and US 母国 安全 副 長官 James Loy 調印するd a memorandum of 協定 last night at Lancaster House, the Home Office said.

It 始める，決めるs up a 枠組み for the two countries to co-operate on 研究 and 開発 of 反対する-terror science and 科学（工学）技術, such as 化学製品, 生物学の, radiological and 核の (CBRN) decontamination and （犯罪，病気などの）発見 器具／備品.

協定 論証するs the strong 関係 between the UK and US to その上の 科学の 研究 and 開発 that will help 前進する the 安全 of our 各々の countries."

It will 許す for 交流s of scientists, engineers and other 専門家s, 同様に as （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状）.

The 政府s will work together to develop "脅し and vulnerability 査定／評価s for 批判的な 組織／基盤／下部構造", such as communications 網状組織s, 力／強力にする 供給（する）s, roads and the rail system.

They will also co-operate on 保護するing 自動化するd computer 網状組織s.

The US and UK will also develop and 実験（する） civil 安全 科学（工学）技術s, the 声明 said.
