Pc 収容する／認めるs to sex texts with 15-year-old

A police constable has told a 法廷，裁判所 how he discussed 'every 選び出す／独身 面 of 性の intercourse' during 動きやすい phone text conversations with a 15-year-old girl he is （刑事）被告 of 誘拐するing and indecently 強襲，強姦ing.

James Beeton, 35, who 作品 for Cambridgeshire police and is based in Peterborough, told 賠審員s at Luton 栄冠を与える 法廷，裁判所, "You 指名する it, we talked about it."

But Beeton told the 法廷，裁判所 that he believed the girl - who cannot be 指名するd for 合法的な 推論する／理由s - was 18. He 否定するs indecent 強襲，強姦.

'Sex texting'

Beeton told 賠審員s how he was "sex texting" three 女性（の）s before and after his marriage to wife Lisa in June 2003.

He said he sent about 20 "sex texts" a day - いつかs when his wife was sitting next to him.

Beeton said he 手配中の，お尋ね者 to have sex with the women he was texting - as long as they weren't "heifers".

He said each text cost about 10p and いつかs he pretended to be a lesbian when sending messages.

Mrs Beeton watched from the public gallery as her husband was cross-診察するd by 検察官，検事 Anne Evans.

She has been in 法廷，裁判所 since the 裁判，公判 began earlier this week.

Beeton told 賠審員s: "I was sending some of the texts while my wife was 現在の."

行方不明になる Evans replied: "Your wife sitting by you while you were 試みる／企てるing to have sex with somebody else?"

Beeton said: "It was 試みる／企てるing to continue a conversation which may or may not have led to that."

He went on: "I find it very 平易な to flirt with texts... It was a 事例／患者 of texting, chatting them up, having sex text which may or may not lead to sex."

Beeton said he had "試みる／企てるd sex" twice with the woman he was 伴う／関わるd with in a "sex text" 関係.

On one occasion the woman had 成し遂げるd a sex 行為／法令／行動する on him in a car 近づく Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, he said.

解放する／自由な service

He said he had not had to 支払う／賃金 to 接近 the internet website through which he 接触するd "sex text" partners, 追加するing: "As far as I was 関心d it was a 解放する／自由な service."

行方不明になる Evans asked if he had pretended to be a lesbian on occasions when "sex texting". Beeton answered: "Yes."

He 追加するd: "I wouldn't say (I was desperate) to have sex. But that was my 目的（とする）."

行方不明になる Evans asked: "Isn't it easier to go to a 売春婦 if you are that desperate for sex?"

Beeton replied: "I suppose, if you are into that, yes."
