'Too young' to retire at 60

Director general of City & Guilds, Chris Humphries, said: "雇用者s are realising the 利益s of an older 全労働人口 but there is a lot more that can be done, both to support older 労働者s and make the most of their 技術s and experience.

"Introducing changes such as 柔軟な working and 助言者 役割s for older people can 利益 商売/仕事s and staff.

"At the same time, 従業員s can also help themselves to stay employable by updating their 技術s and realising that one is never too old to 捜し出す career advice."
