'改革（する）? No, we've 達成するd NOTHING!' Iain Duncan Smith feels a sense of deja vu about this EU 審議

For me, there is a 広大な／多数の／重要な sense of d?j? vu about this 審議. Some 24 years ago, I was part of a 保守的な 政府 which 戦う／戦いd against many of its own MPs to 器具／実施する the Maastricht 条約.

I had only just been elected to 議会 and, within days, I chose to …に反対する the 条約 because it was （疑いを）晴らす to me that the 抱擁する 拡張 of 力／強力にするs 存在 認めるd to the 会・原則s of the EU would take away our 力／強力にする to 治める／統治する ourselves.

Yet at the time, John Major and his 閣僚 布告するd it to be 'game, 始める，決める and match' to the UK. For we were 保証するd that his 'incredible' 取引，協定, with its 選ぶ-outs for Britain, had turned the tide and this country's new 影響（力） in the EU would end the 過程 of ever closer union.

The EU, we were 繰り返して told had re ached the high water of European federalism.

Does all this ? with those words and 感情s ? seem familiar?

They certainly should! For over the past few days, we have heard very 類似の arguments and even many of the same words used by members of this 政府 to 述べる the 最近の 交渉 with the EU.

Indeed, I even heard one of my 同僚s say that last week's 協定 meant that Britain should now be able to '運動 Europe in our direction'.

I hope I will be forgiven for a nostalgic shake of my 長，率いる, for that was 正確に／まさに what we were 保証するd would happen 24 years ago.

However, since the Maastricht 条約 was passed, and with all those 安心s, it's just got worse and worse.

Over the past 24 years, we have 証言，証人／目撃するd three more major 条約s which have brought a 広大な slew of new 力／強力にするs for the unelected Brussels （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 and the European 法廷，裁判所 of 司法（官）.

Again and again, Britain has been outvoted on new 法律s 需要・要求するd by the EU （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 にもかかわらず 大臣s in Westminster 存在 井戸／弁護士席 aware that they would 損失 the UK's competitiveness.

Even Tony Blair's last-minute 選ぶ-out of the 借り切る／憲章 of 根底となる 権利s has been ignored by the European 法廷，裁判所 of 司法（官） and Britain has been sucked into its embrace against our will. From 財政上の services to 輸送（する） 政策 - and even 福利事業 - it is the （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 which calls the 発射s and the UK 苦しむs the consequences.

For example, take 財政上の services, one of our biggest 輸出業者s. Just in the last few years, the UK has been outvoted on three new 損失ing 始める，決めるs of 規則s which will 課す a cost of billions of 続けざまに猛撃するs and make the City いっそう少なく 競争の激しい with our 全世界の 競争相手s.

To 構内／化合物 事柄s, when the British 政府 challenged the 決定／判定勝ち（する）, it was 敗北・負かすd in the 法廷，裁判所 of 司法（官）, Thus, we had the 新規加入 of a 国家の humiliation.

Take, also, the 問題／発行する of 国家の 主権，独立. This isn't some vague notion ? it is the 創立／基礎 of all accountable 僕主主義.

によれば the dictionary 鮮明度／定義: '主権，独立 is understood in jurisprudence as the 十分な 権利 and 力／強力にする of a 治める／統治するing 団体／死体 to 治める／統治する itself without any 干渉，妨害 from outside.'

Of course, countries can 協力する and pool their 能力s, for example in Nato, but it is 決定的な to recognise that they do so on the basis that they 保持する ultimate 支配（する）／統制する of their own 権利 to 治める／統治する.

But the 推論する／理由 why it doesn't work with the EU is that we aren't 株ing 主権，独立 - we have given it away.

As a result, this country is now 支配する to an international 団体／死体 of 法律 that is 最高の over our 国内の 法律s. Britain is 軍隊d to 従う with 判決，裁定s of the ECJ - meaning that, in 影響, it is the 法廷，裁判所 that is 君主, not our own 議会.

And now, にもかかわらず all the 成果／努力s of this 政府, the European （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 is not 用意が出来ている to see those 力／強力にするs rolled 支援する.

The truth is that there is nothing 提案するd in last Friday's 協定 that 減ずるs or returns the enormous 力／強力にするs that the （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 and the 法廷，裁判所 of 司法（官） have over our 国家の 政府.

Crucially, there is also the 悩ますd 事柄 of who 支配（する）／統制するs our 国境s.

We have seen during the last １０年間 a 広大な number of people move to the UK for work. The 規模 of this 移住 has been 圧倒的な for many towns and villages around the country ? yet we have been 権力のない to stop or 制限する it.

Under EU freedom of movement 支配するs, the UK 政府 is not 許すd to 干渉する with people's 権利 to come here.

No 事柄 what has been 交渉するd in Brussels this last week, Britain's 国境 remains open to all those 居住（者） in the countries of the EU.

This has had a 破滅的な 影響 on many British 労働者s who have 設立する themselves 定価つきの out of their own 職業s market.

It is 決定的な that we should be 関心d about those who want to work hard and play by the 支配するs but have 設立する it difficult because of the results of this open 国境.

Worrying as that is, there is an even greater 関心. With the borderless Shengen area in 炉心溶融 に引き続いて 集まり 移住 from Turkey and Libya, 安全 専門家s have raised 関心s that in the 近づく 未来 there will be little to stop some of those migrants from such 非，不，無-EU countries coming into the UK.

For, as they are 急速な／放蕩な-跡をつけるd into naturalisation in some other EU countries, there is a very real 関心 that they will then be able to travel to the UK under these very same freedom of movement 支配するs.

We have already seen how the Islamic 極端論者s who planned and carried out November's terror attacks on Paris 偉業／利用するd borderless Europe. 井戸／弁護士席, in the 未来, they could just as easily 伸び（る） 接近 to the UK.

London 市長 Boris Johnson on February 21 said he would support a 投票（する） for Britain to leave the European Union in a blow for 総理大臣 David Cameron ahead of the 会員の地位 国民投票 in June

This is another 推論する／理由 why we must 回復する 支配（する）／統制する over our own 国境s. As Europol has pointed out recently, 5,000 jihadists are said to be 捕まらないで in the EU.

So, whether it is our 権利 to 始める，決める our own 法律s or 支配（する）／統制する our own 国境s, Britain remains at the mercy of the EU. What's more, we don't 支配（する）／統制する our own 貿易（する） 手はず／準備.

Outside the EU, we would 回復する that 支配（する）／統制する - and be able to make our own 手はず／準備 with Japan, the US and India, nations we have strong and historic 関係 with.

We are told that our 未来 now lies in a '改革（する）d' Europe. Sadly, history tells us that every time British 政府s have （人命などを）奪う，主張するd to have changed the culture of the EU, the opposite is the 事例／患者 ? as the Maastricht 条約 証明するd.

Too often, as I listen to those who want to stay in the EU, I am struck by their peculiar sense of 悲観論主義 and 恐れる about what would happen if Britain pulled out.

Their whole 事例／患者 is based on the belief that this country cannot 栄える and will be too weak to 生き残る outside the EU. Even worse, I have heard some 言及する to the world beyond the EU as 'the dark'.

You can't think much of your country if your only 推論する／理由 to stay in is, 'hang on to nurse for 恐れる of something worse.'

Yet I am an 楽天主義者 about the British people. I believe passionately that this country has shown over the centuries that we 令状 our own 支配するs.?

Surely the UK, the fifth largest economy in the world, the third largest 貿易（する）ing partner of Germany and the second biggest 投資家 in the USA, with the fourth largest defence 能力, has the capacity to 形態／調整 its own 運命 and once again be 解放する／自由な from the shackles of a moribund European Union. That time has arrived.
